In the ART Email the Subject field of the Email received by the lender (responder) location includes the text ‘FILEREFNO’ followed by the audit number of the relevant VDX ILL message. The BLDSC ARTEmail system recognises the text ‘FILEREFNO’ and quotes whatever number follows this in any Emails it sends back to the system so that the system can pick this up and tie the responses with the correct ILL_MESSAGE record.
The From Email address is picked up by the ARTEmail system and used as the return address for any Email responses it needs to send.
