For libraries that are heavy users of the British Library's document supply service, we have provided a set of BL specific work queues that are closely aligned to the BL's ARTeMail workflow.
It is for your system administrator to decide whether these additional work queues are available to you or not.
This is the list of BL specific Work Queues.

The BL requires better or additional bibliographic citation
OR the BL requires confirmation of a change of material type or service.
Requests get put in this queue if the last BL Reply Code was one of the
following codes:
ABS, CONF, CRF, CRF/ANI, CRF/ART, CRF/DNF, ERR, FICHE, FILM, LOST, NCOP,
NLOAN, NMULT, NOE, ORIG, ORIG AB, PAP, RCOP
The BL have stated that although they can supply the item , it will
not ve available for a while. They have provided
a date after which you should re-apply for the item if you still require
it by then.
This work queue contains requests that have reached the end of the rota,
but still have an unexpired BL Reapp date.
VDX will automatically reapply to the BL for this request when the Reapp
date is reached, unless you complete the request or route it to a a new
Lender.
For a request to get into this queue, the BL will have sent one of the
following Reply Codes:
CAT, MISS, O/O, O/O NLOAN, RCOP/NLOAN
The BL has put the request onto a waiting list - you may cancel this
request if you do not want to wait that long.
To get into this queue, the BL will have sent one of the following Reply
Codes:
USE, USE O/D, O/O WL, HW.
The BL have replied that they can supply this item, but it will take
them a while, they have asked that you delay sending any chasers for this
item for a nominated number of weeks.
For the request to get into this queue, the BL will have sent one of the
following Reply Codes:
BUP, LONDON
The BL have replied that they have shipped the item, and that the service being supplied is a Loan.
The BL have replied that they have shipped the item, and that the current
service is a Copy, and the requested delivery method was one of:
Email, FTP, FAX, SED, Ariel
The BL have replied that they have Shipped the item, and that the service type was Copy, and the delivery method was one of Courier or postal service.
You have sent a Renewal request to the BL.
The request will be in a state of either Renew-Pending or Renew-Overdue
depending on whether the request was overdue or not at the time of the
renewal request.
The BL have sent a warning that the borrowed item is now overdue and
needs to be returned to them
For a request to be in this queue, the BL will have sent on of the following
Reply Codes:
DUE, DUE WAIT
The BL have previously sent a DUE or DUE WAIT
message and are now planning to recover the cost of the un-returned item.
For a request to get into this queue, the BL will have sent the following
Reply Code:
FINAL DEMAND
